What is the procedure for obtaining a temporary license for the programs to be performed on an open ground?
•  An application should be submitted to Zonal D.C.P. on plain paper by affixing court fees stamp of Rs. 5 on it. 

•  An application should be submitted 15 days prior to the program along with 
    certified copies of the following documents.
1.  NOC from the landlord
2.  NOC from D.C.P. Traffic    3.  NOC from the Fire Brigade
4.  NOC from Electrical Inspector, Industry, Energy and Labor Department
5.  NOC from the Health Department of concerned corporation
6.  NOC from the Collector (If there is ticket selling or charity show)
7.  NOC from the Rangabhumi Parinirikshan Mandal
8.  Certificate regarding Fitness of Machinery (in case of amusement rides)

How many days will it take to process temporary licenses for programs held on an open ground?
The process takes minimum 15 days.

4.  Performance License (Application to be made to the Divisional Asstt.
     commissioner of Police)

     Station.)

Rs. 50

Ticket selling Fee

Rs. 100

Premises License Fee

Rs. 500

Performance License Fee

(To be collected by the Commissioner of Police)

Loudspeaker License Fee

(To be collected by the concerned Police Station)

(The fee may vary depending upon the nature and the period of program)

After submitting the application, what procedure is to be followed for obtaining a license for programs to be held on open grounds?
The application will be sent to the concerned Police station for enquiries. After the receipt of the enquiry report, the decision will be taken and the applicant will be informed accordingly.


     The above terms and conditions are subject to change as per State Government rules and amendments made by the Licencing Authority from time to time. The Licencing Authority may ask for any other necessary documents if required other than mentioned above.
