What is the procedure of obtaining NOC for the location of Amusement/Water Park?
The applicant should submit the following documents/NOC along with the application:
a.  Plan of the proposed site indicating surroundings, roads and buildings up to a distance of 75 meters from the perimeter. Schools, Hospitals,
Temples or other similar places should be clearly indicated in the plan along with floor wise plans (3 sets)
b.  Certificate from the Collector for non-agricultural land.
c.  Property Card.
d.  Appointment letter of the Architect.
e.  Agreement between landowner and Builder/Developer or Power of Attorney.
f.  Copies of applications submitted to the Building Proposal Department along with their remarks

What is the process followed after applying for NOC for the location of the Amusement/Water Park?
1.  For inviting objections from the public, if any, the applicant is directed to
a.  Display a Notice Board at the proposed site.
b.  Publish an advertisement in 3 newspapers.
2.  One set of plans along with application is forwarded to the local Police
     authorities for their remarks and also in-view of law and order.
3.  One set of plan along with the application is forwarded to the Traffic branch for their remarks from the traffic point of view.
After the reports are received, the licensing authority decide upon the application and the applicant is intimated accordingly.

This procedure requires minimum five months of time.

What is the procedure involved for obtaining permission to build an Amusement/Water Park?
The applicant should submit the following documents/NOC's along with the application:
• True copy of the NOC issued by the licensing authority for location of
   Amusement/Water Park.
• Approved plans (by the building proposals Department, Concerned Corporation )
• Intimation of Disapproval by Concerned corporation
• NOC from Chief Fire Officer

This procedure requires minimum one month's time.

What is the procedure for granting a license to a proposed Amusement/Water Park?
After the construction is completed, the applicant should submit the following documents/NOC's along with the application for grant of license. (Court fees stamp of Rs.5/- should be affixed to the application)
1.  Occupation certificate from the Concerned corporation
2.  NOC from the Electrical Inspector
3.  NOC from the Health Officer, Concerned corporation
4.  NOC from the Chief Fire Officer 
5.  Certificate from MTNL
6.  NOC from PWD
7.  NOC from the Collector.
8.  Structural stability certificate from the Architect.
9.  Name and address of the manager and the electrician.

This procedure requires minimum two months time.

Which are the fees for the grant of license to a proposed Amusement/Water Park?

Premises License

Rs. 400 per year per ride/machine

(Separate premises license is required for every item/ride for which separate fees/ticket is charged.)

Ticket Selling License

Rs. 500 per year per premises license

Performance License

Rs. 1000 per day per premises license

Duplicate License

Rs. 250

Addition/Alteration in the License

Rs. 100

What is procedure for the renewal of an Amusement/Water Park License?
The applicant should submit the following documents/NOC's along with the application for the renewal of license:
a.  NOC from PWD
b.  NOC from the Electrical Inspector
c.  NOC from the Health Officer, CONCERNED CORPORATION  
d.  Certificate from MTNL
e.  NOC from the Chief Fire Officer
f.   NOC from the Collector

What is the process involved after applying for the renewal of Amusement/Water Park license?
After the receipt of the required documents/NOC's along with application, the  licensing authority calls for a report from the local Police authority for obtaining their remarks for the renewal of license.
After receiving the report, from the police authorities the licensing authority informs the applicant about the decision taken for renewal of license.

Premises License

Rs. 100  per year per ride/machine

(Separate premises license is applicable for every item/ride for which separate fees/ticket is charged.)

Ticket Selling License

Rs. 100  per year per premises license

Rs. 100 per day per premises license
