A people-oriented initiative was undertaken by the Thane Police to engage in direct dialogue with students and young professionals from various states of Northeast India who are residing in Maharashtra for education, employment, and career opportunities. Through this outreach program organized on the occasion of Republic Day 2026, an attempt was made to further strengthen the feelings of trust, security, and belonging.
