- Parent″s Passport / Domicile Certificate
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Insurance Policy
- School Leaving Certificate (10th or 12th SSC, ICSE, CBSC)
- Domicile Certificate (If Place of Birth is out of India)
- Domicile Certificate (If Place of Birth is out of India)

- Rationing Card
- Housing Society Letter / Maintainance Receipt
- Leave and License Agreement / Receipt / Immovable Property Registration Papers
- Government″s Allotment Letter
- First and Twelth Month Telephone / Light / Water / Mahanagar Gas Bill
- Bank Passbook first page xerox / Income Tax Certificate

Name Change Issues (Any 1) :-
- Marriage Certificate / Promissory Note / Divorce Order / Agreement
- Proof of Name included in Voter List Of Election Commission / Self declaration in required format or two valid proof of change of name.
- Two proof of newly addition in Name
